Edward B. Horn received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Syracuse University, in Syracuse, New York, where he graduated with honors in 1975. Edward Horn fulfilled a lifelong dream of becoming a lawyer and attended the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in Sacramento, California. He graduated with honors in 1978.
After law school, Edward Horn moved to Reno, Nevada where he became a United States District Court law clerk for the late United States District Court Judge Harry E. Claiborne of the District of Nevada.
Edward Horn passed the California Bar exam in 1978 and the Nevada Bar Exam in 1979.
Edward Horn, born and raised in the flat Midwest, appreciated the Sierra Nevada mountains and the western environment around Reno. As a result, he decided to make Reno his permanent home and went to work as a Deputy District Attorney for the Washoe County District Attorney’s office. During the course of this employment, Edward Horn argued before the Nevada Supreme Court on approximately fifty occasions, argued before the United States Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals in San Francisco, California, and made literally hundreds of other court appearances.
Edward Horn was employed by the Washoe County District Attorney’s Office for approximately six years. In May 1985, he started his own law practice.
For the last twenty years, Edward Horn has focused his law practice on representing injured persons. He is committed to protecting the rights of injured persons throughout the States of Nevada and California.
Edward Horn has litigated personal injury claims in courts throughout the State of Nevada and California.
